5 Volunteers Needed
Location: Tharaldson Hall of Champions - Arena Lobby
--Report to Cy Frederick or Amy Fisher at Tharaldson Hall of Champions - Arena Lobby to receive your assigned area along with your clipboard of instructions. Please read through all instructions.
--Volunteer hours are 3:00 pm - 7:30 pm
--Please be on time and stay until your shift ends. If you are running late or need to leave early, please email me to let me know.
--Bring a charging cable for your phone if your phone is not an iPhone. iPhone cables will be provided.
**Adults only; no children allowed to be with volunteers or sitting at volunteer area.**
--Due to Covid, we are strictly doing online ticketing for all of our events. With this new protocol, we are in need of our volunteers to assist us with scanning online tickets for entrance into the events.
--Please come with your phones fully charged to assist with online ticket scans and download the HomeTown Gate App.

SCAN TICKETS ONLY
TO GET THE APP:
1. Go to the App Store
2. Search for "HomeTown Gate"
3. Download "HomeTown Gate" App
TO USE THE APP:
1. Open the App
2. Give the App permission to use your camera
3. Login (it is case sensitive)

Password:Faithlutheranlv
TO SELL TICKETS - iPad, Credit card reader & Hot Spot Provided
Please use the iPad provided to sell tickets. The log in is as follows:
- Main Gate Login Information
- Client ID (case sensitive): faithlutheranlv
- User name (case sensitive) : maingate
- Password (case sensitive): Maingate2023!
- Click on Correct Event
- Click on sell tickets
- Select number of tickets (adult, child or senior citizen)
- Click on card for a credit card sale(we do not accept cash)
- Click Process Card and then have customer tap or insert card for chip reader (swipe option not available)
- Then ask them if they want their ticket issued via text or email and proceed to enter in their information.
